Return Policy

Especially Kitchens offers a 15-day return policy for all products purchased on our website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund.

To return a product, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to return your product.

Products must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging. We cannot accept returns for products that have been used, damaged, or altered.

Refund & Exchange Policy 

Once we have received your returned product, we will process your return within 7 business days. If your return is approved you will be issued a refund in the form of a store credit for the total price paid for the product less any shipping cost paid. All store credits must be used within 90 days of being issued. If the store credit is not used within 90 days of being issued, the store credit will be forfeited.

If your return is not approved, we will notify you by email of the reason why the return is not approved. Products returned to Especially Kitchens that are not in its original condition or have been used, damaged, or altered are not eligible for a refund.  

Shipping

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning a product. We will provide you with a return label, but you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. The cost of shipping the product back to us with be deducted from your refund amount.
